PeptoRx is a non-clinical membership and patient-acquisition platform. We are not a medical clinic, pharmacy, or healthcare provider, and using this site does not create a physician-patient relationship with PeptoRx. All clinical services — evaluation, prescribing, and dispensing — are provided by independent, licensed physicians and accredited pharmacies through our clinical partner, in their sole professional judgment.
Eligibility
- You must be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years old to use this site.
- Specific programs carry their own minimum-age and clinical-eligibility requirements (for example, certain sexual-health products require patients to be 21+, and certain hormone programs require patients to be 25+).
- Program and product availability varies by state and may change at any time based on regulatory requirements.

Compounded medications
Certain products are compounded medications prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies based on an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved for any disease or condition. Availability of any given option may change at any time without notice.
Payments, subscriptions & refunds
Payment for clinical programs is collected through the clinical partner’s platform. Accepted methods are Visa, Mastercard, FSA/HSA, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (American Express is not accepted).
- You may cancel at any time, for any reason.
- You may request a refund at any time, for any reason, except that a given month is non-refundable once medication for that month has already been ordered for you.
