It helps to understand the split between the two organizations involved:
- PeptoRx (Alveon LLC) operates this website and your non-clinical membership experience: your account interface, educational content, scheduling front-end, and customer support. On this marketing site we collect only limited contact information — never your medical history.
- Our clinical partner (a licensed telehealth medical group) operates the secure medical intake, the electronic health record, clinical review, prescriptions, and payment processing. When you begin an assessment, you are directed into that partner’s HIPAA-regulated platform, which is the system of record for your medical information.
